Ratings are indications of worked performed by or comments to users. Ratings should not be used for advertisements or publicity this Website does not accept any responsibility for the content or accuracy of the ratings.

Users

(agreed to by all registered users)
1. All information provided is known to be true and accurate to the best on my ability.
2. If my account is listed as providing a specific service, the organization represented is qualified to perform the work associated with that service.
3. No inappropriate language or images will be used in publicly viewed content.
4. Account information is kept private and not shared or sold to any organization.
5. By partaking in this Website’s services, you agree to partake in the rating system. I understand that unfavorable ratings will not be removed, and I have the right to respond to every rating, and that response will be included with each rating.
6. Violation to these terms may result in being immediately de-listed from this Website.
7. Vendors must login at least once every 180 days or account will be de-activated. Active status will automatically be updated at every login. De-activated accounts can be re-activating by logging in.
8. I am at least thirteen(13) years of age.
9. If I am a minor, I have my parent/guardian permission to have an account on MyMonkeywrench.com.

Projects

(agreed to by all users/visitors submitting projects)
1. Posting a project does not obligate the party posting to select a user listed on this Website.
2. Website staff reserves the right to review any project prior to publishing or removed if found to be illegitimate.
3. Website staff will have the right to alter the content of any project, only to remove any inappropriate language and advertisements.
4. Projects will be posted for one(1) week from approval date regardless of status.
